APPLICATION


The Application will determine your eligibility in becoming a police officer. You must pass all minimum requirements as well as requirements for Reinstatements. A Representative from Field Training Operations will review your application within 24 hours.
You should not attempt to contact anyone to speed this process up. IF your application has been placed on hold, you will be given another 24 hours to fix the mistakes before it is reviewed again.

PROOF OF PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT


You may not have any proof on your computer anymore, but you may still find something on the forums such as your previously accepted application or personnel profile. You could also find any forum complaints your posted, or complaints against you that prove that you were in the LSPD and at least an Officer. A screenshot or video of the radio chat showing your faction, rank and name.
You cannot rely on other people to vouch for your previous employment as your application will not be PENDING EXAM until you have passed the requirements.

EXAM


The next phase is an Exam at the Police HQ in Pershing Square. You will be asked a series of questions as part of an Interview and Exam process. You'll be tested on your communication skills, and also various radio codes, laws, policies and use for force rules. You will also be required to answer some scenario based questions to see how you would react to a situation. It is strongly recommended you read through the LSPD Handbook before attending the exam. If you fail, your Reinstatement will be denied and you must wait five days to reapply. If you pass, you will be reinstated as an Officer.
The first part will be a similar to an Interview in which will assess if you are a good candidate to be a Police Officer. We will then begin a small Interview phase by asking you some standard questions we ask all applicants. The next part will be some questions on the department such as remembering radio codes, laws and force matrix levels. Lastly, some scenarios you may encounter out on patrol and how you would use your knowledge to respond to the situation. If you pass, you will be invited as an Officer. However, depending on your former rank, you may be promoted sooner thank others.
