We've seen an increasing number of applicants using AI to write their biography and other sections of their application. To ensure fairness in our recruitment process, we strictly prohibit the use of AI-generated content. Previously, applications found using AI were instantly denied, and in some cases, applicants were blacklisted. We are looking for candidates who put in genuine effort, not those who rely on shortcuts.

AI DETECTION


To ensure fairness in our recruitment process, we strictly monitor applications for AI-generated content. Applicants are expected to submit their original content without relying on AI tools. We utilize QuillBot, GPTZero and multiple similar AI detection tools to check applications. Our process involves copying and pasting sections of your application into these detection tools to analyze whether AI was used. While ZeroGPT is a well-known tool, we also rely on other undisclosed detection tools to ensure accuracy.

HOW IT WAS DONE


Sections of your application - whether sentences, paragraphs or entire portions of texts are individually analyzed for AI-generated content. If any section exceeds a 25% threshold, your application is flagged for artificial intelligence leading to denial.



UPDATED POLICY


Applications flagged for AI usage will no longer receive a temporary denial but will instead face a blacklist lasting over three months. This thread is intended to help you check your application for any AI content before submitting it to our recruitment desk. By proceeding, you acknowledge that any application found to contain more than 25% of AI-generated content will face severe consequences without the ability to appeal.

We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills, not automated bots replicating words. Please take your time in submitting an honest application, otherwise stay away from applying.
